Hey there ! It has been a while… Today, I just popped up to share my favorite (healthy & vegan) pancakes recipe !

Ingredients :

  • 220 g spelt flour
  • 60 cl Vegetable milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Hazelnut oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • salt

Simply melt all ingredients together and mix well.

Tips : When bubbles rise to surface, flip your pancake. Cook ’til each side is lightly browned.
